1. Interpretation

• “You”, “Your” refers to the user of this website or the person making a request for services.

We provide design, supply, installation and maintenance of HVAC solutions. All services are provided subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or service at our discretion.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All quotations are valid for the period specified on the quote and are subject to change if the scope of work changes.
• Pricing will be as stated in the accepted quotation. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude VAT.
• Payment terms will be stated in the quotation. Late payments may be subject to interest and collection fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the content, design, layout, graphics, images, text and other material on the Site remain with us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our express written consent.

7. Liability Limitations

• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the Site or reliance on any information provided on it.
• Our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant service.
